Ji Li gave birth to the first panda cub of 2019

Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding
Ji Li gave birth to a female cub at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding on June 5, 2019. The cub, weighing 166.8 grams, is the first giant panda born in 2019.
Ji Li showed a strong maternity and the baby was well fed after birth.
